Processing time and shipping

The time from payment confirmation to shipment is usually 3 to 10 business days. The current processing time is indicated on each product page. If the processing time is extended due to reasons beyond our control, we will inform you promptly by email or phone.

Products marked as “made to order” are crafted individually after payment is received. In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.

Orders are delivered via courier or InPost — delivery time is typically 1–2 business days.

For bank transfers, processing time may be extended by the payment clearing period (up to 3 business days). For card payments, processing begins once the payment is successfully authorized.

For combined orders (products with different processing times), the longest processing time applies, and all items are shipped together in one parcel.

All products are handmade in our workshop in Poland. Each piece is unique and may slightly differ in details, which adds to its character. Custom modifications are possible — please contact us before placing your order.
