Order processing and delivery

We make every effort to prepare each CuddleRest order carefully and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Order processing time

Processing times may vary depending on the selected product. The current estimated processing time is always stated on the individual product page.

Many of our products are sewn or prepared after the order has been placed, so the processing time may be longer than for products available directly from stock.

If an order contains several products with different processing times, the order is generally dispatched once all products are ready, according to the longest processing time among the items included in the order.

Please remember that the carrier’s delivery time must be added to the stated processing time.

If any unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the processing time, we will inform you by e-mail.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend, among other things, on:

- the delivery country,
- the selected shipping method,
- the size and number of products ordered,
- parcel dimensions and other shipping parameters.

The current delivery cost is always displayed during checkout before the order is finally confirmed and paid for.

Available delivery methods may vary depending on the country and the type of order.

Free delivery

For selected orders, we offer free delivery when the order value exceeds a specified threshold.

The minimum order value qualifying for free delivery may change, which is why we do not state a fixed amount on this page.

The current free-delivery threshold is always displayed directly in the Store and during checkout.

If your order meets the current conditions for free delivery, the appropriate option will be automatically applied during checkout.

Made-to-order products and returns

A significant proportion of CuddleRest products are sewn or prepared after an order has been placed.

However, the fact that a product is prepared after the order is placed does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

The right of return may be limited for products made according to the Customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised to meet their individual needs, for example:

- a product made to a non-standard size specified by the Customer,
- a product made in an individual length not included in the standard offer,
- a product personalised with a name, embroidery or another individual marking,
- a product prepared according to an individual configuration created specifically for the Customer.

Choosing a standard option available in the Store, such as a colour, fabric, model or standard size, does not in itself result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Detailed rules concerning withdrawal from the agreement, returns and exceptions to the right of withdrawal are set out in the CuddleRest Terms and Conditions.

Before placing an order, please always check:

- the processing time stated on the relevant product page,
- the available delivery methods,
- the current shipping cost,
- information about any available free delivery,
- whether the selected product is being made according to individual specifications.
