At CuddleRest, we offer several secure and convenient payment methods. The availability of individual payment options may depend on the delivery country, order value and the current Store configuration.

You can pay for your order using:

• traditional bank transfer,
• instant online bank transfer,
• payment card,
• BLIK,
• Apple Pay,
• Google Pay,
• another electronic payment method available during checkout.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Electronic payments in the CuddleRest online store may be processed through:

• Autopay S.A.
• PayPro S.A., operator of the Przelewy24 service.

For payments processed via Przelewy24, the payment service provider is PayPro S.A., with its registered office at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland.

Available card payment methods may include:

• Visa,
• Visa Electron,
• Mastercard,
• Mastercard Electronic,
• Maestro.

The availability of specific card types and other payment methods depends on the current services offered by the payment operator.

APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY

Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where the relevant payment method has been activated for your order and you meet the technical requirements of the respective payment service.

Availability may depend on, among other things:

• the device you use,
• the type of payment card,
• your country,
• the card-issuing bank,
• the payment operator processing the transaction.

BLIK AND INSTANT BANK TRANSFERS

BLIK and instant bank transfers may be processed by one of the payment operators cooperating with our Store.

After selecting a payment method, you may be redirected to the payment operator’s website or shown a payment form provided by the operator.

TRADITIONAL BANK TRANSFER

You can also pay for your order by making a standard bank transfer directly to the Seller’s bank account.

If you choose a traditional bank transfer, payment should be made within 3 Business Days from the date the order is placed, unless another payment deadline is indicated in the Store or in the order confirmation.

We recommend entering your order number in the payment reference, which will allow us to identify your payment more quickly.

Order processing begins after the payment has been credited to the CuddleRest bank account.

WHEN DO WE START PROCESSING YOUR ORDER?

For card payments, BLIK, instant bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other electronic payment methods, we begin processing the order after receiving confirmation that the payment has been successfully authorised.

For traditional bank transfers, the order fulfilment period begins when the funds are credited to our bank account.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is required under applicable law or the terms of the order, we use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method which does not involve any additional costs.

For payments made by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another electronic payment method, the refund is processed through the relevant payment operator and returned to the payment instrument or account associated with the original transaction.

PAYMENT SECURITY

The sales agreement for products is concluded directly with Fabryka Przytulności Sp. z o.o. – CuddleRest.

Payment operators are responsible for the technical processing of the payment transaction and are not the sellers of the products offered in our Store.
